We are pleased to report that the 2007 National HIV Prevention Conference was a great success. Many of the attendees, participants and speakers have shared that this year's conference was the most productive and informative to date. This year we had more than 2,900 attendees, who participated in more than 40 roundtables, 120 sessions, 70 exhibits and 230 posters.
Session Presentations
As an added benefit to those individuals who attended and those who were not able to attend, we are posting most of the available presentations. The CDC's National Prevention Information Network (NPIN) now offers a web library of presentations from the 2007 National HIV Prevention Conference. The library houses PDF versions of Roundtable, Concurrent, and Plenary presentations that you are able to view and download by Population, Track or Plenary session. Only presentations for which the authors have given their permission for posting are included. But please check back often as additional presentations will be added as they are received.
Plenary Video
We are fortunate that the Kaiser Family Foundation is again featuring webcasts of five recorded plenary sessions on its website.
We want to thank all of our presenters, participants and staff for the contributions they made. Their efforts enabled us to make meaningful strides towards accomplishing the overall conference theme: "Promoting Synergy Between Science and Program".
